Safe Environment Procedures for New Volunteers

Safe Environment Procedures for Previously Cleared Volunteers

In order to continue working towards the safest environment for our students, Prince of Peace Catholic School is partnering with presenter and creator of Wraparound Bullying, Mardi Winder-Adams., M. Ed, CDM, BCC. Mardi has over 26 years of experience partnering with schools in creating anti-bullying environments and behaviors. The Wraparound Bullying program has been integrated into the Christ the King community as well as communities throughout the United States and Canada.

All volunteers must update their Safe Environment training annually to remain cleared under the Diocesan Safe Environment Program. To complete your Safe Environment recertification, all volunteers are required to attend the Wraparound Bullying training. Our faculty and staff have completed this training, and we are excited to introduce this program to our parents.

All trainings will take place at Prince of Peace Catholic School in St. Katharine's Hall. The following dates offer a morning session (8:30–10:30 a.m.) and an evening session (6:30-8:30 p.m.):

  • August 27, 2020
  • September 24, 2020
