Dear Prince of Peace Catholic School Families,

Crews have been hard at work over the break, and St. James Hall has been transformed into the new day chapel. This will not affect carpool; however, students will enter through the doors just west (to the left) of where they entered before the break and will go straight to the gym if arriving before 7:45 a.m. As always, staff will be present to guide and supervise students as they arrive.

Best,

Ms. Evan Ray

Dear Prince of Peace Catholic School Families,

This is a friendly reminder that effective tomorrow, Tuesday, December 7, the Northside parking lot at Prince of Peace Catholic Community will be closed due to construction; please see the attached diagram for an aerial overview. Carpool procedures will remain unchanged until further notice. We will continue to relay any construction updates and changes in protocol as they occur.

Thank you for your continued patience and flexibility as we navigate this exciting time for our parish. Please do not hesitate to reach out with any questions.

Best,

Ms. Evan Ray

Dear Parishioners,

Now that we have broken ground on the new parish renovations, please be advised of the following parking and parish entry restrictions:

Effective Tuesday, December 7, entry access to the Parish and the School offices will no longer be from the North side of the parish campus (along W. Plano Parkway).  Rather, the parking and entrances will be on the South side of the campus along Village Creek Drive.  The main entry for both church and school offices will be near the atrium of the church.

The construction site will be fenced off, indicated by the red lines in the attached diagram.

Carpool for pick up and drop off for our students will continue as usual for this phase of construction.  Be aware that each phase of construction will require adaptation of the construction site and entry points.

While we are excited about the project getting under way, we know that there will be inconveniences along the way.  Please be patient and flexible as the project commences and continues to completion.

Thank you in advance for your continued support, cooperation and assistance.

God bless,

Fr. Michael Forge
