Mrs. Erin Thoele assumed her position as full-time Director of Advancement at Prince of Peace Catholic School in November, 2022. Previously, she was the part-time Christian Service Coordinator at the school and served as President of the Parent Volunteer Organization from 2018-2020.
“Prince of Peace has been such a blessing for my family," Mrs. Thoele says. "As a POP parent for 20 years, I have witnessed the spiritual and academic growth that Prince of Peace has provided my children. I am excited to serve in this role under President Weber’s leadership, and to support the continued advancement of this wonderful community.”
Mrs. Thoele is highly connected to the POP community. She and Mr. Robert Thoele, her husband of 25 years, are the proud parents of four POP alumni. Their children include Kathleen, who is currently working on her Master's degree having graduating from Ursuline Academy and the University of Texas at Austin, as well as three sons: Connor, Jesuit graduate and current senior at Texas Tech University; Brendan, a Jesuit graduate and freshman at the University of Texas at Austin; and Liam, a sophomore at Jesuit. Because of her many years as a very involved parent and as our Christian Service Coordinator, Mrs. Thoele knows POP from its roots to its limbs.
As Director of Advancement, Mrs. Thoele’s primary objective is to connect people to the mission and vision of Prince of Peace Catholic School, “advancing the brand” of the school both within our community and the DFW metroplex. Working within the President’s office, Mrs. Thoele is chiefly in charge of the school’s philanthropic efforts, including the Annual Fund, the Gala, scholarships to assist younger Catholic families, and legacy giving.
